DDR5 記憶體目前雖然只有 Intel 平台可以使用,不過即將推出的 AMD 新平台也可以支援,意味著 DDR5 普及速度可能會加速。

T-FORCE DELTA RGB DDR5 提供雙通道組,擁有終身保固服務,工作頻率從 DDR5-5200~DDR5-6400 ,容量提供 32GB kit(單條 16GB ) ,這次介紹的 DDR5-6000 時序為 30-36-36-76 ,電壓為 1.35V ,通過 QVL 認證能兼容主流系統平台;採用 SK Hynix 顆粒,超頻表現也值得期待。

DDR5-6000 XMP 設定記憶體效能表現穩定,讀寫複製速度達到 95197 / 85289 / 87145 MB/s,延遲則是 62.7ns ,不愧是 CL30 低時序產品,讀寫已經達到非常出色的頻寬表現,延遲更是只有 62.7ns!

再來把頻率提升到 DDR5-6400 ,不過這次必須要稍微調整參數為 CL30-40-40-76 ,頻寬表現讀寫複製速度達到 101730 / 96465/ 94238 MB/s,頻寬比 DDR5-6000 提升了 6.8~13.10% ,延遲則是降低了 9.42% 來到 57.3ns。
其他測試則有最高大約 11.58% 左右的效能提升,以超頻樂趣來說算很不錯,可以把頻率提升到 DDR5-6400 ,而且還可以維持在低時序、低延遲的狀態,超頻後穩定度非常出色,在高頻的狀態下也能讓電腦正常運作。
